Application Procedures:

Please fill out the application completely and accurately. Falsification of any information, errors, or missing information is grounds for denial. If an application is incomplete, our property manager will try and contact the applicant one time to obtain the information needed to complete the application. If this contact does not provide the necessary information, rejection may be based on an incomplete application. Each application is valid for up to 30 days. After that time, a new application may be required to be filled out.

Applicants must demonstrate an ability to pay the monthly rent and have a bank account to electronically withdraw rent payments due.

South Mills Apartments LLC management rents to applicants who have completed and approved applications, applicants have toured the property, and after the tour the applicants' ability to commit in a timely manner to sign a lease and pay the security deposit at the date of lease signing. Completing one or more of these steps does not guarantee or represent an ability to sign a lease for the unit applied for.

We provide copies of the lease agreement and lease rules upon request after an application has been approved and applicant touring the property.

I understand that all application information and materials are being relied upon in application processing and are a pre-condition to approval by South Mills Apartments LLC management. I hereby authorize South Mills Apartments LLC management to conduct routine housing references, employment verification, criminal background checks, public records checks, financial reference investigations, and to obtain and rely on credit agency reports for the purpose of processing this application. I understand and acknowledge that my performance under any lease agreement I may enter into with South Mills Apartments LLC may be reported to such credit-reporting agency, and authorize South Mills Apartments LLC management to obtain my credit report for the purpose of collecting any amounts due pursuant to any future lease agreement with South Mills Apartments LLC.
